Evergreen Place One and Two Bedroom Independent Living Apartments include a full kitchen complete with appliances.  You are also welcome to purchase meals and dine in our relaxed, comfortable, dining room complete with fireplace and table service.  All utilities, except telephone, are included in your rent, along with cable television.  The following services and amenities are included for the tenants of Evergreen Place Independent Apartments but additional services, including home health, can be purchased on an ala-carte basis to meet the client’s needs.
