Evergreen Place Assisted Living Apartments include a full kitchen with all appliances, living room, bedroom, and bath. Our communal dining room offers a relaxed, comfortable area complete with fireplace and table service. All utilities, except telephone, are included in the rent, along with cable television. The following services and amenities are included in the Assisted Living Service Package but additional services can be purchased on an ala-carte basis to meet the client’s needs.
