Evergreen Place employs an interdisciplinary team overseen by the Registered Nurse/Coordinator and/or Administrator.  Skilled nursing services are available and Universal Workers are committed to caring for the clients.  We feel by utilizing the Universal Worker Concept the services for the clients are better coordinated, flexible, and timely.
